have been in/out of Mahabaleshwar n number of times. this piece of info is news to me as i was only aware of the fact tat this was the source of the krishna river....never was informed abt the other 4! Tnx...info added to my knowledge bank.

actually there are 7 rivers out of this place, but the other 2 that i cant remember the names of, sprout once in 60 years and once in 12 years...
